Roberston Controls, Inc. designed and installed menu driven testing controls upgrade for ten Hermetically Sealed Compressor Motors Test Units. Each motor model has different test parameters and was selected and initiated by activating the model number via an Allen Bradley touch screen panel. The test consisted of exposing the motor windings to a calibrated DC Voltage to produce a fixed wattage to the windings for a predetermined programmed period of time. The test was automatically judged by monitoring the wattage envelope.
