Robertson Controls Inc. has completed (2006) the upgrade to five digester units at two Wastewater Treatment Plants in Gastonia North Carolina. Working with Hickory Construction and Black and Veatch, RCI installed new motor control centers, encased concrete duct banks, new lighting and power and instrumentation wiring to the improvements at both sites. Project included installation of PVC coated conduit and explosion proof hardware for Class 1 Division 1 areas and wiring and controls for new pumps and new control system. Project was completed on time and at budget.
