Robertson Controls has contracted with a major tire manufacturer to provide new control panels and electrical installation for twelve new automated tire lines. The project covers a one-year time frame (50% complete) and includes building fifteen new control panels for each line. RCI is performing the electrical demolition and installation of the new equipment and control panels. Our contract also includes integration services such as PLC programming and line check out and start-up. This project clearly demonstrates our complete service ability from panel building to expert installation to professional integration services. Contract -- $1000k |

Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade |

Robertson Controls Inc. has completed (2006) the upgrade to five digester units at two Wastewater Treatment Plants in Gastonia North Carolina. Working with Hickory Construction and Black and Veatch, RCI installed new motor control centers, encased concrete duct banks, new lighting and power and instrumentation wiring to the improvements at both sites. Project included installation of PVC coated conduit and explosion proof hardware for Class 1 Division 1 areas and wiring and controls for new pumps and new control system. Raw Water Remote Pump Station |

Robertson Controls,Inc. designed and installed Allen Bradley based RS Veiw Control System for entire pump station. Station consisted of three 150 hp turbine Pumps with Square D Inverter Drives, Intake Gate Valves, Bar Screens, Sediment Pump, Wet Well Level Sensor, 450 KW standby Generator and Turbility Analyzer. Provided a Fiber Optic Interface to pump station from main processing plant. |

Compressor Motor Test Units |

Roberston Controls, Inc. designed and installed menu driven testing controls upgrade for ten Hermetically Sealed Compressor Motors Test Units. Each motor model has different test parameters and was selected and initiated by activating the model number via an Allen Bradley touch screen panel. The test consisted of exposing the motor windings to a calibrated DC Voltage to produce a fixed wattage to the windings for a predetermined programmed period of time. The test was automatically judged by monitoring the wattage envelope. Contract- $130,000
